It is very important to me to nurture a lifestyle of slow-living and incorporate rhythms of rest. This may seem unconventional to the current fast-paced way of customer service in the online shopping industry. I cannot guarantee a faster working style or delivery time. Please ensure that you are placing your orders with enough leeway in the instance it doesn't show up to your doorstep at your desired time.

Please allow 3-10 business days for your items to be processed and dropped off at the post office. USPS First Class then takes 2-5 business days to deliver your packages.  All purchases will be shipped via USPS with a tracking number sent to your email. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout. Sometimes items get mishandled in transition, please be gracious. In the event your item is still in an "unfulfilled" status for 2 weeks and there hasn't been any follow up email from me that your item has been shipped, please don't hesitate to reach out via email :)

RETURNS + CANCELLATIONS

My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every order is handcrafted and packaged with care. Please read the descriptions of each product carefully and email me hello@bethautumn.com if you have any concerns about colour, sizing and other inquiries before purchasing. Due to this, all sales are final. However, I will be able to refund or exchange your order if requested within 24 hours after purchasing. I will not be able to refund your order if USPS is experiencing delays. Kindly asking for your extended grace towards my one-woman-show small business as well as the post office :)
