ARTIST RIGHTS

Please do not use my photos and graphics (of any kind) on your website, social media or articles of any kind. Email me at bethautumnart@gmail.com for consent. Asking does not warrant consent, my yes does. If I do not reply, no further action to use my graphic property should be taken. If I agree, I will choose what I want to send.

Regarding wholesale, please do not remove any Beth Autumn branding which is not limited to cards and tags and then replace it with your own branding. For eg. If you are buying my earrings for your boutique, do not remove any branding information, such as the cards they come with. My branding information is a part of my product and must be represented as is (Read more on wholesale below.)

 

SHIPPING

Please allow 2-7 business days for your items to be processed and dropped off at the post office. USPS First Class then takes 2-5 business days to deliver your packages (please be patient during the current pandemic if times are slightly longer). All purchases will be shipped via USPS with tracking number included. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout. 

Contact me via email bethautumnart@gmail.com for wholesale orders and a separate shipping rate will be negotiated.

PAINTINGS

A separate invoice of the shipping total will be emailed to you for custom* pieces.

LOCAL PICKUP

PLEASE NOTE: STARTING MARCH 7, 2021 LOCAL PICKUP WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

 

If you're in the Orlando area, you could always opt for "pickup" at checkout which is free of cost. DUO58 Cafe is the default pickup location during their store hours. Address: 2842 S Alafaya Trail, Orlando, FL 32828

Pickup means retreiving your items that you already paid for here on the website. You will not be required to pay again at DUO58, you will only be showing your ID to retreive your goodies!

DUO58 offers 10% off their entire menu when you pick up a Beth Autumn package, yay!! Packages are available for pickup on the the Tuesday after you placed your order. If you placed an order on Monday or Tuesday, please note that your order will be available for pickup the following Tuesday. This gives me time to package and drop off your order. Please do not select the pickup option if you won't be readily available. Kindly asking that you respect the Tuesday pickup policy to honor the employees at DUO58. Please do not leave your package at the store for an extended time. Exceptions can be made but please communicate with me beforehand. I will also communicate with you if anything changes. Thank you!

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. Every order is handcrafted and packaged with care. Please read the descriptions carefully and email me bethautumnart@gmail.com if you have any concerns about colour, sizing and other inquiries before purchasing. Due to this, all sales are final. However, I will be able to refund or exchange your order if requested within 24 hours after purchasing. I will not refund your order if USPS is taking a longer time to ship. Please be aware of my processing times before purchasing.

 

Damage return inquiries will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. I am not liable for what happens to your package after USPS retrieves it or if it is lost by them. You will be aware of when USPS retreives and delivers your package by the tracking number that is issued with every order. 

All items are handcrafted and with that may come small cosmetic imperfections that will not interfere with the overall functionality of the product. Such imperfections may include very small bubbles, slight marks or variance of colour from what's seen on screen.

WHOLESALE

Order Process 

Once you've read through these wholesale terms and agree to proceed, email me at bethautumnart@gmail.com and a wholesale agreement will be mailed to you for signing. Once signature is received, a unique passcode will be given to you to access the line sheet page here. The passcode will expire after 24 hours but you can request another one if needed. This is where you will shop all wholesale items. 

Store Representation

If you would like to represent Beth Autumn in your store, it needs to be represented fully. All creations are centred around the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Therefore, branding should not be removed. The branding is a part of the product.

 

Each pair of earrings is pierced through a jewelry card with Scripture attached. By shopping with us for your store, you agree to not remove the earrings from their cards, alter them to suite your aesthetic or to promote your own brand. Do not pull off the earrings from their original carding and pierce it through anything that has your business name. Earrings must be displayed and sold in your store with its original carding and Scripture attached. Do not rearrange the earrings on the original carding. As you've bought it, is how you should sell it.

 

Social Media

Earrings must not be photographed and marketed without its original carding attached on your social media or website. Regarding captions, all earrings have unique titles and should be addressed as such in all your posts, this includes stories, tweets and any other social media function.

 

Example:

If an earring is titled "Yeshua Hamashiach" it must be addressed as such. Do not use descriptive words to reference the item.

NO  "Shop these new purple and gold earrings in the store today!"    

YES  "Shop these new Yeshua Hamashiach earrings in the store today!"  

 

The title of the earrings must be inlcuded in the caption and in the first sentence of it, not hidden in hashtags or at the bottom of the caption.

Payment

Method of payment: debit/credit card and bank deposits only. Payment is required before shipment of order and is received through the password protected line sheet page here on this site. Net-30 payment is available for repeat wholesale buyers with a good reputation that have ordered at least 5 times.

Exchanges/Returns

Shipping

Shipping costs will be paid by the wholesale buyer at checkout. The lead time of 7-14 days is separate from the time allocated for shipping through USPS.
